You can observe the façade outside with twelve Corinthian columns crowned by ancient statues that represent the muse of poetry, music, dance, tragedy or comedy.

“Cours de l’Intendance has been a very sought-after place by nobles since the days of the monarchy, and Bordeaux’s bourgeoisie built their town houses here.
Today you will mainly find luxury and high-end boutiques which have set up here, particularly close by the Grand Hotel Intercontinental in the heart of a picturesque passage.
Cours de l’Intendance runs from place de la Comédie where the Grand Théâtre is located to place Gambetta. Along with Cours Georges-Clemenceau and Allées de Tourny it forms what is called the ‘golden triangle’ of the city and an inescapable area for people from Bordeaux.
It is undoubtedly a primary stop off point for tourists to discover architectural and cultural heritage and the quality of local craftsmanship.”

rue notre dame
“There is a place where Sundays will never be the same, in one of the most historical districts of Bordeaux: Notre-Dame Village in the Chartrons District!
Created, a little over 30 years ago from the communicative enthusiasm of a handful of antique dealers, the Village, as one likes to call it, has made more than a name for itself: it has become the Number one Antique Gallery in the South West of France.
With new discoveries to make from 35 professional antique dealers, stroll through neat aisles where beauty and history share the shelves, where authenticity flirts with design and where passion for beautiful objects is a new pleasure with every step you take.
Notre-Dame Village offers the largest permanent selection of antiques, you must go! From small souvenir gifts to heartfelt purchases: paintings and sculptures, clocks and silverware or even furniture and decorative objects are harmoniously exhibited…
Curiosities can always be found there for those of you who are looking for simply delightful or exotic bargains.”

Daily sport
“Sport is an essential part of your daily life, you must therefore be able to do it in the best conditions.
Ideally situated right next to the Jardin Public, you will be able to jog and do other outdoor sports activities in a preserved natural environment right in the heart of the city. There is nothing more pleasant than being able to regain energy as you enjoy the first or last rays of sunshine running at your own pace in a green oasis, breathing the wood and flower-scented air in the park. And why don’t you share these moments with the other joggers you meet on your path?
There is another track if you could call it so: the banks of the Garonne River. Numerous sportsmen meet there at all times of the day, in the midst of the beauty of the river and architectural heritage. You will go by place de la Bourse and its water mirror to place des Quinconces with its lively activities.
